Our sustainable packaging

We try to do our bit for the environment wherever we can so every order will be packaged and shipped in 100% home compostable bags and tissue paper. You can stash the packaging away and reuse or pop it into your compost bin.


  • Shipping is free with any order over £40!
  • Standard shipping is 3-5 days
  • Purchases of up to £10 - £4.20
  • Purchases of £10+ -£5.20


If you change your mind and wish to return one or all purchased items you have 20 days from the day of purchase to do so. After 20 days of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for your items. Bundles, sets and packs are sold as one item, we can't offer a return for partially returned bundles, sets or packs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Please email us the tracking information number, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, you must include the invoice sent in your original purchase. Failed to do so, delays and non-refunds can be expected.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a 5 working days.

If any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, or does not reach us for reasons not due to our error, we will not be able to issue any refunds.

Please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or credit card.  If you haven’t received a refund after 15 days please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Items on our SALE collection cannot be returned or refunded.


We do not offer exchanges since our stock is limited. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can start the refund process and we can issue store credit or refund.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: GoyGoy Baby HQ – 32 Hastings Road, Brighton Le-Sands, Merseyside, Liverpool L22 6QS. Remember to pack the original invoice and please reuse the original packaging if you can.
